2. Verbal Consent Script Our agents follow this strict script to obtain consent:
Agent: "I have the delivery authorization slip ready. Is this a good cell number to text that link to you?"
Customer: "Yes."
Agent: "Great. I am sending that text now. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out."
3. Digital Backup (Website Opt-In) For inbound leads, we also collect explicit SMS consent via our website contact form.
