When you submit the quote form, waitlist form, or contact us by phone, we collect what you provide — typically your name, company or property name, email address, phone number, and city or zip code. We use this only to evaluate your location, follow up about installation, and provide ongoing service if you become a JetCart location.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use a small number of analytics and business tools to understand how the site is used and to manage customer communication. Specifically, this site uses:
- Google Analytics — aggregate traffic data (pages visited, general location, device type).
- Umami Analytics — privacy-focused, cookie-free page-view analytics.
- Snitcher — identifies the companies (not individual people) visiting our site from their network, so we can follow up with relevant businesses.
- HubSpot — our customer relationship tool, used to track and respond to quote requests.
- Web3Forms — securely delivers form submissions from this site to us by email.
None of these tools are used to sell advertising or to track you across other companies' websites.
We don't sell your information

We keep quote and contact submissions for as long as reasonably useful for following up with you or servicing your account, and delete records on request.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete the information you've submitted, or opt out of further contact, at any time by calling or texting 813-702-0542. Most browsers also let you block analytics cookies directly in your browser settings.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business owners and property managers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
